What Flora & Flow feels like
Flow. Strength. Breath. Rhythm.

Some classes move with a little more energy. Others give you space to. slow down and breathe. Most live somewhere in between.

Expect thoughtful sequencing, moments that challenge you, time to notice what's happening in your body, and room to make the practice your own.

You might build a little heat. You might laugh. You'll always have space to pause, modify, or rest when you need it.

Your practice, your pace
Come as you are, wherever you are in your practice
You don't need to be flexible, now every pose, or move exactly like the person next to you.Â

Options are offered throughout the class so you can work with your body, your energy, and your experience that day.
Â
Sometimes that means taking the stronger variation. Sometimes it means keeping things simple. Sometimes it means resting.

What to expect
Classes are typically 60 minutes
A balanced pace
Enough time to move, breathe, and settle without taking over your whole day.
Most classes land around a moderate level of effort, with opportunities to turn things up or take things down.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and clothes you can move in. Props can be a great way to support your practice; check out the class listing for anything this is recommended or provided.Â
Breath throughout
A little time to be still
Pranayama and breath awareness may show up at the beginning, throughout the practice, or as part of the transition into rest.
We'll leave space at the end for Savanna or another quiet closing before you head back into the rest of your day.
What to bring
Bring what you need to feel comfortable.
